Our return and exchange policy is very smooth. We make sure that our clients face no troubles. Unlike other online stores, which offer seven days or 14 days exchange policy, we offer 30 days of exchange and return policy.
We value our customers, and they are our top priority. We care about their opinion and help them return our products if they don’t like it, or for any reason, they want to return. They can send the product back within 30 days.
Based on our dealing with the customers, we have observed that most of the time, return and exchange is due to the wrong size at the time of order. We have clients from around the world, and most of them follow their local size charts. The medium size is differently measured in the US, and it has different measurements in the UK. We have clients worldwide, so we can’t follow the size chart of a specific region.
Our experts have developed a size chart, keeping in mind our customers’ data. We request all our clients to check the size with our size chart before placing the order. Reconfirm the measurements if you want to avoid any hassle associated with return and exchange. If you are not sure about your size, you can ask our customer care by sending an email. Another option is to place a customized order according to your measurements. We can make a product exactly according to your measurements.

Return and Exchange Policy
If you want to return or exchange the product, follow the given steps.
- First, you have to send us an email. Tell us about the details, either you want to return the product or change the size, etc. You will request an Order number or. (Order No is important as we don’t accept any returns without this number)
- Our staff will reply to your emails with the complete instructions about return and exchange.
- After receiving the product, we will inspect it, either we will refund your money or exchange the product according to the customer’s requirements.
Guidelines
Please make sure the products you want to return, or exchange MUST be unused. They should be in the original packing, and tags and labels should be attached to them.
It is recommended to return the products through insured postal services. If any item is lost or misplaced, luminous leather will not be responsible for the loss.
The customers pay the shipping charges of the return. However, if the product is entirely different than the ordered one, luminous leather will consider it differently.
Luminous Leather will not be responsible we a buyer selects the wrong size.
Refund options
If the buyer wants to return the product, he will be paid back through the same method, which he used to make the payment.
We have different options for refunding.
- Money-back (the method which buyer used, PayPal, Credit card or debit card)
- Gift certificates (which can be used for shopping)
- Discount ( customer can get huge discount up to 50% on next purchase)
Note: We don’t return and exchange products on sale and discontinued products. Moreover, there is no exchange and refund for the customized products as well.
If a buyer wants any change in a customized product, we do not ask for extra charges if he bears the shipping charges. However, it does not apply to the discontinued and sale products.
During a promotion, Luminous Leather will not pay the shipping charges to the customers. However, in case of any faulty items, we are ready to pay.
If a buyer asks for a refund, just because he changed his mind, the shipping charges will not be refunded, even if Luminous Leather offers free shipping for the product. Shipping charges may vary from $ 18 to $ 54, depending on the location of delivery.
